Pump Parts #4 - Pressure Engine Assembly for SUP20S PRO Single Stage Air Pump

Parts Description -

This is the new Pressure Engine Assembly for SUP20S PRO, that this pump is only with Single Stage and without the air deflation feature. This parts can be compatible with all our previous version SUP20S that without temperature sensor and voltage gauge.

If we short of this parts, we may supply the 2nd stage assembly from the Double Stage model, since the motor, axle, crankshaft, piston are the same. you can keep the air outtake chamber unit from the old pump and put on top. 

Instruction of Replacement - 

Open the air pump from its 6 housing screws from bottom. Easy to locate the Pressure Engine Assembly unit at the middle. There are 1 pair of black wire to connect the PCB from the motor. You may need to use the Soldering Iron tool to disconnect and re-connect the wire. (The soldering iron kit from this listing is not included of the parts purchase. you can buy it from Amazon or eBay). 

If you don't have Solder Iron tool, you may cut the old wire at the middle and remove 1/2" of wire cover. do the same way with the wire from PCB, and you tight up the 2 wires together and cover with the electrical tape. Make sure no electric circuit shortage from those connection. And it should be good for temperately use. 

Finally, Don't forget to reconnect the white data bank cable from the DPU to PCB, and the air pressure hose back to the air outtake chamber unit. Quick test the air pump before close the housing. Fully test the air pump after done.

Additional Info - 

In some case if you don't know how to do above connection, and we can have additional parts in stock, we may provide the Pressure Engine Assembly with the PCB on the bottom housing. that way you can only connect the data bank cable plug and play much easier. Some condition may be applied. 

In some case, user may damage the pump by non proper use. such as operate the pump from the dusty ground. We add this additional notice from this parts and make sure your pump can be always operated correctly.
