1. Business Administrative 

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Order handling from different channels - data entry and shipment preparation
• Providing customer service support over the phone and through electronic channels

• Carry general office and administration duties, or other projects as assigned

Requirement:

• University education in business, international trade, etc.
• 3 years of working experience in Canada
• Strong computer background - familiar with MS Office, QuickBooks
• Great English communication skills for customer service
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

2. Experienced E-commerce Specialist 

Core Responsibilities & duties:

• Create and maintain product listing and description
• Process orders from the different online platforms, i.e. data entry into the system, waybill creation, pick and pack
• Order data collection and analysis
• Initiative to search and develop new markets and new product
• Support various eCommerce projects and tasks as needed
• Perform some warehouse tasks or other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• University education in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, Computer Technology etc.
• Strong business sense, preferably with 3 years of related working experience in Canada
• Strong computer background - MS Office, QuickBooks, or similar software
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Marine background or marine product knowledge is an asset
• Knowledge of Photoshop, graphic design is an asset

3. Marine Products Specialist 

4. Warehouse Operator

• Minimum 2 years of forklift & 3 years of warehouse experience
• Accurately pick, pack, wrap and stage orders
• Read and Write in English, Knowledge of computer
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs Box
