    Using this website: You are deemed to have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, the contents of this site including, but not limited to, the text and images contained herein and their arrangement are the property of Seamax. All trademarks used or referred to in this website are the property of their respective owners.The information provided on this site is free of charge and for informational purposes only and does not create a business or professional services relationship between you and Seamax.

    Price amount shown from the website can be displayed in US Dollars or Canadian Dollars. All prices do not include the applicable taxes. Shipping and handling cost could be additional cost showing from shopping cart. Standard shipping insurance value is included from the price. 

    Any refund amount is based on the lesser of the current price of the item or the price for which it was purchased, more detail of return or refund, looking at our Return Policy.

    Shipping, Handling and Taxes: the buyer, are responsible for all applicable charges including but not limited to; shipping, handling, delivery, taxes and applicable tariffs associated with the purchase. All Shipping rate will be calculated by the shipping company with your distance from us. Sometimes we will issue a flat rate or free shipping of some items also.

    Our Shipment: We can usually ship these orders within 2 business days from the day we receive full payment. All payments other than PayPal instant payment and credit card must clear our bank first, before we can release the order for shipment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the payment to clear. As soon as we ship out your order, an automatic email is generated and sent to the email address provided in the order. You're also welcome to check in on your order status anytime by logging back into your account on our site and selecting order status page.

    Risks associated with shipping: When we ship the product, our liability for damage or breakage on the shipment will be limited to the coverage provided by the carrier’s terms and conditions. You would like to help our customers to purchase additional insurance coverage for the full value of the product when you order. The appropriate request should be made when you submit your order request.

    Limitation of Liability: The maximum liability to you on products purchased from Seamax shall be limited to the purchase price of the products you paid. We will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies in all cases however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or other reasons. Some of these limitations may not apply in some jurisdictions and those damages limitations not allowed under by exclusion or restriction under law may not apply to you.

    Linking and Framing of this website: Links to this website without the expressed permission of Seamax are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel or revoke any permission given to link to our site at any time for any reason, without any notice without liability to you or any other person. Framing of this website or any of its content in any form or by any method is strictly prohibited.

    Third Party Sites: Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the service or support for those third-party sites if you have any concerns. Your use of those third-party sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of each site, and we are not responsible therein. We encourage all customers to review said privacy policies of third-parties' sites.

    Compliance with Laws: Customers may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. You further agree not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

    Other Terms: If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.

  • Inflatable Boat Warranty

    Warranty: Seamax inflatable boats are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship during the period described following. The copy original receipt of purchase will be required upon submission of a warranty claim and must clearly detail the date of purchase, the company where you purchased, the product and and the sales receipt number.

    Warranty Coverage: The boat’ hull, floor, all hull attachments and accessories, but not limited to, floorboards. seats, rope holders, oar locks, oars, rope, air pump, lifting handles, D rings, oar holders, valves, seat webbing, and transom integrity are covered by this Limited Warranty for one (1) year from the date the product is first sold. All the air holding fabrics are warranted against defects in material or workmanship that cause blistering and delaminating for three (3) years for all seams and five (5) years for Duratex (PVC) fabrics. The repair, replacement of parts, or the performance of service under this warranty does not extend the life of this warranty beyond its original expiration date. Unexpired warranty coverage can be transferred to a subsequent purchaser upon proper registration of the product.

    What is NOT Cover: This Warranty applies only to defects in material and workmanship; it does not apply to normal wear and tear, normal discoloration or color fading, or to damage caused by:

    (1). Neglect, lack of maintenance, accident, commercial, abnormal or improper use or bad assembly; (2). Use of an accessory or part neither manufactured nor sold by us; (3). Participating in or preparing for races or other competitive activity; (4). Alteration or removal of parts; (5). Improper Protection against UV-light; (6). Has been repaired, modified or tampered with by someone other than manufacturer; (7). Damage or deterioration of the fabric due to exposure to fuel, harsh solvents or any other chemicals; (8). Seam separation due to heat exposure; (9). Has not been assembled, used, and maintained in accordance with the instructions or owner's manual accompanying the product; (10). Has been damaged as a result of shipping, warehousing, or storage.

    Seamax limited warranty does not cover incidental or consequential costs and expenses such as haul-out, launching, towing transport and storage charge, telephone or rental charges of any type, inconvenience, waste of time or income losses, or other consequential damages .

    Commercial or Associate User Warranty: If any Product is purchased or used for rental or other commercial purposes, or for/by a corporation, partnership, company, organization or association including without limitation camps, clubs, resorts, schools, or the like, then the term of this Limited Warranty is limited to a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days of parts and 2 year of PVC material, after the date of original retail purchase.

     Extend Warranty for Commercial and Associate User: A full covered 3 years warranty package is available to our boats, We suggest you can contact us before you check out your purchasing online, we can provide you a best rate for such package base your purchasing . Remember you also can purchase your extend warranty with 30 days of your boat purchasing.

    Operator Responsibility: The operator (driver) is responsible for the correct and safe operation of the boat and safety of its occupants and general public. It is strongly recommended that each operator (driver) read and understand its entire manual before operating the boat. Be sure at least one additional person on board is instructed in the basics of starting and operating the outboard and boat handling in case the driver is unable to operate the boat.

    Small Parts Free Replacement: Remember, you can report a small problem by phone or email with a picture, such like missing parts, small component broken or none matching well, we will solute such problem without any charge, we may pay shipping fee only. And it is still flexible. This service is good for the whole warranty period.

    Warranty Return Shipping Fee Policy: We will pay for the 2 way shipping within 30 days of purchase if the purchased items have defects. We will pay for the return shipping fee within the 90 days of purchase. Customer will pay for 2 way shipping fee after 90 days when warranty service required.

    Boat Bags Warranty: All the bags including boat carry bag, bow bag, seat cushion, under seat bag and their fittings are 30 days warranty. Free bundle items at promotion is 30 days warranty as well.

  • Shipping

    Online Order: Your order will be shipped from Richmond, BC, Canada. Once shipment created, your email address may be connected with the delivery system. Automatic tracking information will be sent to you. Your tracking number can be found from PayPal system. No PO Box for delivery. USA & Canada shipment will be carried by DHL, Purolator, UPS or Post Service. Signature may be required.

    Heavy Freight Shipment: If there is single package over 150 Lbs in your shipment, it will be treated as Heavy Freight Shipment. Most courier won't take over 150Lbs package, so we have to ship it by freight.  For example the Ocean430, Ocean380T and up, Outboard motor 25HP and over. When shipping the package by truck freight or air freight, we won't be able to guarantee the onside delivery service. You may have to pickup the shipment from nearly freight depot. we will let you know the detail process before release the shipment via freight service.

    Shipment Receiving:  Once seller releases the shipment to the courier and provides tracking number, buyer (consignee) is responsible for contacting the courier in case of order delivery schedule, re-schedule, redirection, hold for pickup, shipment delay, and/or having shipping damage. If buyer needs assistance for shipping damage claim, buyer needs to receive the package first and contact seller by email within 7 days. It is buyer's responsibility to provide the photograph of the damaged package and/or item receiving condition.

    Commercial Shipment: We can arrange commercial shipment via low rate commercial Ground Truck shipping service within North American. Single order with 3 or more boats will consider using such service. It will save more money than shipping with courier. We can directly arrange an over-sea shipment from our manufacturer for larger orders.

    US Custom Clearance: Inflatable boats are commercial goods (Pleasure water craft - inflatable boat, Custom HS Code 8903.10.00), a 2.4% duty may apply. Duty will not apply for RMA shipment. You may be contacted if more information is required for custom clearance.

    Shipment Return: For the unsuccessful delivery, there are three (3) delivery attempts will be made before it is returned to the shipper. Customer is responsible to contact the shipper and follow up delivery schedule. We will help our customer for a re-schedule. If by the buyer's mistake, returned package will be held in our warehouse until customer re-schedule. All associated shipping and handling charges will be charged from customer. We have an active market selling to USA, we always look forward to taking care of your order.

    Shipping Insurance & Claim: Our shipping rate will include the basic insurance. If packages are damaged, insurance will cover for the replacement or repair. Damage must be reported to us within 14 days from received the tracking number. If the packing box is significantly damaged, a photograph is helpful to file a claim. Package must be inspected with good condition.

    Ship by Airport Agent: We can have our airport agent to arrange a low-rate air shipment to your country, such kind of delivery will save more money. We will quote you a price to an airport closest to you. The shipping fee includes our local fee and air way charge. Your will need to only pay for your local fee. there will be (but not limited to) terminal charges, customs clearance, duty/tax. We will email you the entire document (Commercial Invoice and Air Way Bill) for custom clearance once our shipment ready. After the cargo arrival, an agent of your country will contact you. They are not only helping you to clear the customer, and also arrange ground shipping to your door. You can also choose do everything by yourself and get more saving.

  • Return

    Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping cost will be deducted from customer refundable amount if not factory deflects item. Return will not be accept if more than 30 days after delivery.

    Refunds (if applicable):  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

    Exchanges (if applicable):  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to obtain an authorization.

    Shipping:  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
