Seamax Bimini Top has built-in the aluminum eye-end fitting to install on standard oar lock pin (diameter is 10mm / 0.4 inch) of inflatable boat. Seamax aluminum eye-end fitting can turn 360 Degree, it is rigid and more flexible comparing other types in the market.
Seamax Bimini has 5 sizes to choose for different size boats and provide 2 different types of canopy fabric material, Polyester Pigment Fabric and Acrylic Solution-dyed fabric (Sunbrella). Polyester is economic type and we have it in gray color. Acrylic is 60% thicker and heavier, it can offer heavy duty using in outdoor and double life time. We have it in black color as high end solution.
Gray color canopy is the standard, Black color canopy is the Sunbrella type stronger and double life time. Options for Bimini: Pontoon Fitting Patch Kit, Nylon Deck Mount Kit, Rear Support Pole. PVC Pontoon Fitting Patch Kit
Developed by Seamax, Great design for inflatable boat use. 180 Degree + 180 Degree turns without dead angle. It is durable and flexible for Bimini top set up on the inflatable boat. Include: 2 Pontoon Fitting Patches with built in stainless steel base; Aluminum adaptor for eye-end fitting; Quick release pin and wind nut bolt; 100ml Glue. Hypalon version is available.
MEK Based Glue instruction for Pontoon Fitting Kit. Mix 5% hardener into the glue before use. Max mix 10% hardener when in Cold Weather 10C-15C or when High Humanity 50-75%. We suggest using small painting blush to apply 2 layers glue in both surface, wait 5-10 minutes to dry and attach those layers together with pressure. Wait 48 hours before boating. Keep out of Reach of Children.
Marine Grade Nylon Reinforced Deck Mount Kit
Good for using on aluminum boat and fiberglass boat, Create solid support for Bimini system. Include: 4 Bimini mounting stand with lock pin; 4x C-mounts for straps tight down and Hardware. 70 degree mounting stand is available for inclined surface.
Rear Support Poles
Support the Bimini to stay a 45 degree angel when folded. We add in this option automatically when you order 2 sets of Pontoon Fitting Patch Kit or Deck Mount Kit as your full set. 3 sizes available and Seamax will send you the right one.
